How Much Does House Cleaning Cost in Parker, CO?

If you have called two cleaning companies in Parker, Denver or Aurora you have probably gotten two answers that are impossible to compare: one quoted an hourly rate with a vague number of hours, the other said they would need to see the house first. We publish our numbers instead, so here is exactly what house cleaning costs in Parker, Denver and Aurora in 2026 — ours and the local market's.
Parker prices at a glance
Our pricing is flat and based on the size of your home, not the clock. A 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home starts at $110 – $130 for a one-time standard clean. A typical Parker family home at 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms lands at $170 – $210, and a larger 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home at $210 – $260.
| Home size | Standard clean | Deep clean | Move-in / move-out |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bd / 1 ba | $110 – $130 | $175 – $215 | $200 – $240 |
| 2 bd / 2 ba | $150 – $180 | $215 – $265 | $240 – $290 |

Those are our published Parker rates, shown as a ±10% range. A deep clean adds $75 to the standard price and a move-out clean adds $100.
Why Parker, Denver and Aurora homes can price differently
Parker homes are, on average, newer and larger than the bungalows and condos closer to downtown. A 2,800-square-foot house in Stonegate or Canterberry Crossing has more bathrooms, more hard floor, and more finished basement than a 1,100-square-foot Denver duplex — and square footage is what drives labor. On the other hand, Parker jobs cluster tightly, so we spend less time driving between them than a company running from Wheat Ridge to Aurora. Those two effects roughly cancel out, which is why our Parker, Denver and Aurora prices use the same published rate card.
The five things that actually change your number
- Bathrooms, more than bedrooms. A bathroom is the slowest room in any house. Two bathrooms in a 2-bedroom condo costs more than one bathroom in a 3-bedroom ranch.
- How long since the last professional clean. Past about three months, soap scum, oven grease and baseboard dust need a deep clean rather than a standard one.
- Pets. Hair in carpet and on upholstery adds real vacuuming time, especially with a shedding dog and a finished basement.
- Clutter on flat surfaces. We clean around what is there; if counters, dressers and floors are clear, the same visit covers noticeably more.
- Frequency. Recurring visits are cheaper per visit because the home never falls behind — weekly is 20% off, every two weeks 15%, monthly 10%.
Flat rate vs. hourly, and why we picked flat
An hourly quote moves the risk onto you. If the crew is slow, chatty, or unfamiliar with your home, you pay for it. With a flat rate the risk sits with us: we quote the house, and if it takes longer than we expected, that is our problem and your price does not change. It also makes budgeting easy for recurring clients, which is most of our book in Parker and Castle Pines.
What is included and what costs extra
Every clean includes kitchen and bathrooms top to bottom, dusting, floors vacuumed and mopped, trash out, and beds made if you leave linens out. Inside the refrigerator and inside the oven are $25 each because they add real time. Interior windows, walls, garages and post-construction debris are quoted separately.
How to compare local quotes fairly
- Ask whether the price is flat or hourly, and if hourly, ask for a hard cap in writing.
- Ask whether the company carries liability insurance and whether cleaners are background-checked employees or unvetted contractors.
- Ask what a 'deep clean' includes specifically — baseboards, door frames, tile grout, inside appliances, vents.
- Ask who shows up. Same-cleaner continuity is the difference between a house that gets better every visit and one that resets.
- Ask what happens if you are not happy. We reclean free within 48 hours; a company that will not say this in writing is telling you something.
A realistic Parker budget
For most local households, a home cleaned every two weeks at 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms works out to roughly $145 – $180 per visit after the recurring discount, with a one-time deep clean of $240 – $290 at the start to get the house to baseline. After that first visit the ongoing cost is predictable, which is really the point.
